We are a chapter of the Alliance for Diversity in Science and Engineering (ADSE) at the University of Pennsylvania. We seek to promote a more diverse community of graduate students and researchers in STEM.
Our chapter at Penn is one of roughly 15 active chapters nationwide. Though we are mostly focused on growing our community within Penn Chemistry, we welcome graduate students from any STEM at Penn to join us. Throughout the 2022 school year, we are working to build scientific outreach efforts in the Philadelphia area.

We look forward to co-hosting the Philadelphia Organic Chemists’ Club’s first reception of the academic year, where we will welcome Dr. Emma McInturff from Pfizer to campus.
